Looking for a digital display to use with battery-powered equipment? This transflective display from RS PRO has extremely low power requirements and can be back-lit with an LED backlight for use in low-light or zero-light conditions.

The LCD (liquid crystal display) uses the standard 7-segment format with inter-digit decimal points and alternate inter-digit colons. The black segments appear against a silver background for ease of reading and it has a wide viewing angle for versatile use. The unit is supplied as a flat glass plate with rigid pins in a dual in line (DIL) package format, which is a rectangular housing with two parallel rows of electrical connecting pins.

This digital display is ideal for a wide range of battery-operated applications. Note that it's important to take anti-static precautions when storing or handling LCD modules of this type.
