LCD (liquid crystal display) flat panels are suitable for electronic circuits in devices such as digital cameras, watches and DVD players, as well as calculators and clocks. This LCD monochrome display has reflective properties making it suitable for use in direct sunlight and low-light situations.

Its low-energy consumption means that this display unit is an ideal choice for battery-powered devices. Its compact screen is simple to attach to your PCB (printed circuit board). The seven-segment display format includes inter-digit decimal points and alternate inter-digit colons. This model will display four characters in one row.

The display characters – 7 mm wide and 12.7 mm high – are black on a grey background. Thanks to a wide viewing angle, they can be seen from multiple directions. The LCD monochrome display can function in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C. You'll find it commonly used on instrument control panels.
