ABB Non-Fused Isolator Switch, 3 Poles, 9kW Power Rating - OT Series - OT25F3 1SCA104857R1001

When it's time for servicing or maintenance, safely isolate part of a circuit with this 3-pole non-fused isolator switch from ABB. Simply turn the dial to the OFF position to manually disconnect power from transformers and circuit breakers to keep you safe from electric shocks. This switch is IP20 rated, so it's touch-proof and shielded from objects over 12mm in size. It fits conveniently onto a 6mm-wide extension shaft (such as 727-1511).

Features & Benefits

• Compact dimensions of just 68 (L) x 56 (D) x 35mm (W) so it's ideal for small setups
• Maximum operating temperature of +40°C to cope with industrial conditions

Applications

• Assembly lines
• Safety systems
• Industrial controls

How do I attach this isolator to my equipment?

The device snaps directly onto your DIN rail, so installation's easy. You can also securely mount it on a flat surface, either horizontally or vertically, by using the two screw holes at the top and bottom.

How do I wire up this isolator?

The isolator has screw terminals that clamp down on conductors to support reliable power flow. As this method achieves a vibration-proof fix, it's handy for settings where jostling is likely.

The OT range of switch disconnectors are suitable for use in a variety of applications including motor control centres, switchboards and as main switches in machines.
