Allen Bradley Panel Mount Non-Fused Isolator Switch, 3 Pole, 18.5kW - 194E-E40-1753-6N

This panel-mount non-fused isolator from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range connects to your power distribution, load isolation and motor start/stop systems. Instead of a fuse, it uses the rotation of the rotary lever and locking ring to isolate the circuit. You can use this device while a circuit is still operating, so maintenance and checks can be carried out safely. Non-fused isolator switches are commonly used with circuit breakers and transmission lines, as well as transformers, industrial automation and control settings.

Features and Benefits

• IP65 (ingress protection) prevents interference caused by dust and low-pressure water jets
• Screw terminals on either side for easy installation
• Three spaces for padlocks to keep the switch secure
• IP20 finger-proof switch eliminates risk of electrocution

Standards and Certifications

• VDE (Verband der Elektrotechnik)
• IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission)
• UL (Underwriters' Laboratories)
• CSA (Canadian Standards Association)

Is this switch safe to use in high-temperature environments?

The switch is made from thermo-resistant materials to protect it from damage. To enhance the product’s safety, the materials are self-extinguishing if a fire does break out. A maximum operating temperature of +60°C ensures it the switch remains in working order even when exposed to extreme heat.

Allen Bradley MCS Range
