Vishay TSUS520/1/2 Series IR Emitting Diodes
The TSUS520x series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in standard T-1 3/4 (5mm) through-hole packages. The TSUS520x IR LEDs have a blue-grey tinted plastic package with two leads with stand-off. TSUS5200 is an infrared, 950 nm emitting diode in GaAs technology molded in a blue-grey tinted plastic package.
