Use this circular connector from Phoenix Contact to hook up an actuator cable to a sensing device. Thanks to its eight contacts, you can be sure of a secure connection. The unit provides up to 0.8kV surge protection to safeguard your equipment against electrical faults. For an extended service life, the polyamide housing resists abrasion and is also resistant to oils and fuels, so can withstand contaminated working conditions. For safety, the device withstands category II overvoltage and is insulated to protect you against shocks.
A wide operating temperature range between-25°C and +85°C means you can use this connector in demanding settings. It meets UL 94 HB flammability standards, so is self-extinguishing and won't contribute to a fire. A plug like this is commonly used to transfer data and electrical signals, as well as for powering electronic devices.
