When you need to lengthen or repair round cables in process and control applications, this cable mount connector from Phoenix Contact will do the job. It's fitted with four contacts and has been designed with the cable gland system in mind.
The QUICKON connection is self-stripping, saving you time and hassle when connecting your cables. As the connector is fitted with a 15 mm nut, you can secure it easily in place in a housing panel. It carries an IP (ingress protection) 67 rating for water tightness, meaning it can be submerged in a metre of water for up to an hour.
This device conforms to the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive, meaning it contains no more than minimal levels of hazardous substances. It also meets the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 electrostatic control standards, so it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge.
