The reel is manufactured from heavy-gauge steel on a one-piece A-frame welded base, with a powder-coated finish that resists corrosion. A nickel-plated swivel with O-ring seals allows you to attach it to a water supply without leakage. The full-flow shaft and ball-bearing swivel let you unreel the hose smoothly while water is flowing, with the open slot and low-profile outlet riser helping to prevent kinking. The dual main bearings are permanently lubricated to keep them moving smoothly, while a locking pin keeps the spool from rotating when not in use.
