The wire comes fitted with cross-linked polythene (XPLE) insulation, which is known for its great thermal insulation properties. This means that the cable is safe for use at high temperatures of up to +125°C. It also has a VW-1 flammability certification, so it's designated as a fire-resistant, general-use cable.

This product meets the Underwriters' Laboratories UL 1581 and UL 758 standards for safety and efficacy. It's also Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, meaning it contains only minimal amounts of any harmful materials.
