Micaflat Heaters
Mica heaters are best used on flat surfaces requiring heating where silicone or film heaters are not suitable for temperatures above 160 °C.
These heaters must be temperature controlled and fitted correctly for best performance.
Flat mica plate heaters are used in applications as e.g.: Dies, Platens, Moulds, Tanks, Process Machinery.

Flat Plate Mica Heaters
Used when heat is needed on a flat surface, but when it is impractical to bore a hole in the plate. The flat mica heater allows heat to be distributed evenly across the surface. A much higher watt density can be achieved using these heaters than with silicone rubber mat heaters. 280°C maximum operating temperature.
