This RS PRO anti-corrosive light fitting consists of two fluorescent luminaires. You can use it to provide illumination in hazardous environments, either inside or outside. It's classed as unrestricted breathing equipment, which means it doesn’t need any routine testing during annual maintenance inspections.

The light has a moulded GRP (glass reinforced plastic) casing that's sturdy but lightweight and its strong polycarbonate diffuser will ensure good light distribution. The bi-pin fluorescent tubes are easy to access and change – simply release the stainless-steel clips and remove the diffuser.

Like all of our RS PRO range, this product has been tested by engineers for reliability and durability. There's an electronic HF (high-frequency) ballast for longer tube life and lower running costs. It comes with two M20 cable entries (one plugged) with three wire-and-earth terminals for a 2.5 mm cable. ATEX series XN certified, it's also suitable for use in hazardous areas.
