The Industrial SLC NAND Flash SSD500I 7907529, 7907501, 7907545 offer transfer speeds of up to 260MB/s read and 240MB/s write. The Transcend 2.5inch Solid State Drive includes stutter-free response and stability and provides non-volatile Flash Memory for outstanding data retention.
