The Schneider Electric Zone Valve is a short stroke, small linear valve designed for controlling hot and chilled water. It works with thermo-electric actuators and features a double O-ring design on the plug for a leak-tight seal on both ports, preventing energy loss. For increased reliability, a strainer is recommended upstream. Valves should be installed in the return pipe to reduce exposure to extreme media temperatures.
