The Hammond 1590 series watertight diecast aluminium enclosures is suitable for electronic instruments which is tough, yet easy to machine. It has a lap joint construction with a self adhesive silicone gasket around the lid perimeter which provides IP65 protection against dust and water and also provides improved EMI/RFI shielding.
