The Microchip quad MOSFET driver can source up to 250 mA into loads referenced to ground. Heavily loaded clock lines, coaxial cables, and piezoelectric transducers can all be easily driven with this driver. Each driver has been equipped with a two-input logic gate for added flexibility. This driver is very robust and highly latch-up resistant. It can tolerate up to 5 V of noise spiking on the ground line and can handle up to 0.5 A of reverse current on the driver outputs.
4.5 V to 18 V wide operating range
