This instrument offers very high measurement speed and connectivity for an automated test system, including a convenient USB port. Measurements can be captured into internal memory at the rate of 250k/sec or streaming block transfers through USB/GPIB up to 15k/sec. It has various advanced features for measuring frequency, period, ratio, time interval, time interval error, pulse width, rise/fall time, phase angle, duty cycle, maximum voltage, minimum voltage and peak-to-peak voltage.
