The Cypress Semiconductor SOIC package 8-pin FRAM is a 2Mbit non-volatile memory. This memory logically organised as 256Kx8. It has a very fast serial peripheral interface (SPI) and the input supply voltage of 3.6V. This can be applicable for non-volatile memory applications.
