0.5mm pitch FPC connectors with a 2mm on board profile and double-sided contacts. These 0.5mm pitch connectors have a rotary backlock mechanism which aids FPC mounting and provides improved contact reliability, easy operation during assembly and secure mounting in tight spaces. These low profile 0.5mm pitch FPC connectors have LCP resin (UL94V-0) housings and sliders. Suitable applications for these low profile 0.5mm FPC connectors include small mobile devices such as digital cameras, mobile phones, digital audio and video players, DVD players and digital video cameras.
