SMC Flow Switch
The SMC PFMB7 series digital flow switch has a flow rate of 2L/min to 200L/min. It is a dual flow switch designed to detect microchip component adsorption in a vacuum, congestion in filter and nozzle. Compact and lightweight design, this device is suitable for use with carbon dioxide, air, nitrogen, or argon. It has 12VDC to 24VDC power supply.
