The Ruland Clamp single disc coupling with keyways is a high-precision mechanical coupling designed for zero-backlash torque transmission, ensuring accuracy and reliability in motion control applications. Its balanced design minimizes vibration at high speeds, improving stability and efficiency. The coupling consists of two anodized aluminum hubs with integrated keyways for secure shaft attachment, along with thin stainless steel disc springs that allow for angular misalignment and axial movement while maintaining structural rigidity. However, it does not support parallel misalignment, requiring precise shaft alignment for optimal operation.

Lightweight and has low inertia making it well suited for applications with speeds up to 10,000 RPM
Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum torque capabilities
It is machined from solid bar stock that is sourced exclusively from North American mills and RoHS3 and REACH compliant

Thyristors - Vishay Semiconductor

A Thyristor is a solid-state semiconductor device with four layers of alternating N and P-type material. They act as bistable switches, conducting when their gate receives a current trigger, and continue to conduct while they are forward biased. Thyristors are synonymous to Silicon-Controlled Rectifier (SCR).
Encapsulated modules with electrically isolated base plate. Suitable for applications such as battery chargers, welders and plating equipment, regulated power supplies and temperature and speed control circuits.
