RS PRO Wrist ESD Tester
This AC outlet analyser is designed to confirm the proper orientation of hot, neutral and protective earth ground wires. It can also double as a wrist-strap tester for checking compliance with IEC 61340-5-1 clause A.1 Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection standard, for use in ESD protected workstations and laboratories.
The plug-in tester is easy to use for internal auditing as it tests for practical resistance limits of 750 kilohms to 35 megohms. It has an accuracy of ±10%. A light-up LED indicator signals a test pass or failure. The ESD tester is ideal for use in operating temperatures in the range of 0°C to +40°C.
