RS PRO Heel Grounded Antistatic Heel Grounder
This disposable antistatic heel grounder from the RS PRO range is designed for use in static controlled areas. It's perfect for temporary workers and other visitors to factories, industrial plants and building sites.
The grounders are suitable for all types of flat or high-heeled shoes and are made from antistatic fabrics to provide safe and effective resistance to electrostatic discharge (ESD). The product features conductive nylon yarn within the disposable fabric strip. This maintains electrical contact between the ground and body, which draws off static electricity and discharge.
The single-use yellow and black grounders come in a pack of 20. You can attach them to shoes or boots via a non-marking self-adhesive strip to offer a mix of comfort and security. This product complies with safety regulations including ESD S20.20 and EN 61340-5-1 (European standards) safety regulations for electrostatic discharge.
