Microchip Technology EEPROM memory chip
The Microchip Technology AT21CS01/11 is an 8-pin surface mount SOIC package serial-1 wire EEPROM memory chip. It provides 1,024 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (SEEPROM) organized as 128 words of eight bits each. This device is optimized to add configuration and use information in unpowered attachments using a two-point mechanical connection that brings only one signal (SI/O) and GND to the unpowered attachment. Only two pins are needed to access the device: SI/O and GND. The SI/O signal is a combination data and power line, providing power to the device with a parasitic power scheme. This device is used in industries.
