3M™ Filament Reinforced Electrical Tape 1339 is a 6.5 mil glass filament-reinforced polyester film backing with high-shear strength acrylic adhesive. It is designed for applications needing both the dielectric strength and mechanical strength. It is excellent for anchoring lead wires to banding coils and end-turn taping.
