RS PRO Green Double Sided Plastic Tape, 0.15mm Thick, 6 N/cm, PVC Backing, 25mm x 50m

Introducing the range of RS PRO Double Sided Tapes, designed for temporary high adhesion applications. It is a green PVC film coated tape with the faced side coated with a permanent acrylic adhesive while the unfaced side is coated with a removable acrylic adhesive, then interleaved with a white siliconised paper release liner for an easy, fuss-free installation. The acrylic adhesive has secure adhesion properties, offering optimum performance and long-lasting temporary adhesion to joined surfaces. In addition to this, the tape is easy to tear and flexible, making it easy to manipulate and apply to round irregular surfaces, minimising assembly time.

Double sided tapes are commonly used for attaching two surfaces together and can be made from a wide range of materials, depending on the environment and application it will be used in. It is important to select the right material and correct adhesive to create a permanent or semi-permanent (removable) bond with the surface material. Double sided tapes are most commonly used for:

• Permanently fixing and fastening rubber backed and latex dipped carpets and underlays
