The Microchip Single-channel high-voltage digital potentiometer (Digi pot) family is designed to support wide power supply ranges, operating with either 10V to 36V single-supply or ±5V to ±18V dual-supply rails. These devices feature 8-bit resolution controlled via an SPI interface, offering precise digital control of resistance. Available in compact TSSOP-14 and QFN-20 (5x5 mm) packages, the series includes RAB resistance options of 5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, and 100 kΩ. All variants are rated for reliable operation across an extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
