Combining precision and functionality within a compact and robust design, the DPI 104 range of digital pressure indicators are microprocessor-controlled gauges. Featuring advanced silicon sensor technology and convenient design features to create an accurate and versatile test gauge. These pressure gauges are digital with a digital display and are network-capable alternatives to standard analogue test gauges. They have the capability to function as a master test gauge when used in conjunction with pneumatic and hydraulic hand pumps. Druck's digital pressure gauges provide a reliable and economical solution for a multitude of pressure sensing applications, process and monitoring also test and calibration.

• Has an accuracy of 0.05% FS including non-linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and temperature effects from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C)

• As well as numeric pressure indication, the instrument also has a pressure bar graph - the DPI 104 – IS LCD display includes a circular twenty segment bar graph which provides users with a fast and accurate visual estimation of pressure that ranges from 0 - 100% full-scale output

• Minimum and maximum valves functionality can be enabled, disabled and reset by the user
• Programmable to provide a 0-5V output signal, this is configurable
• The alarm output consists of an open drain field effect transistor (maximum current 250 mA, maximum voltage 24 VDC)
• Druck's DPI 104 - IS pressure unit had adjustable mounting positions, the housing rotates 320° around the pressure fittings and the faceplate can be rotated in any orientation for optimum visibility
• There is a guard against unauthorized menu access with a menu and tare lock function
• Up to 99 DPI 104 – IS instruments can be connected together in a daisy chain-configured network
• UPM modules can be connected to the DPI 104 – IS to enhance the accuracy and extend the pressure range

The "IS" in the name of a pressure indicator stands for intrinsically safe, if an item is intrinsically safe it means that it is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy under normal or abnormal conditions. This results in the item not being able to cause ignition of a specific hazardous atmospheric mixture in its most easily ignited concentration.
