TC7660 DC to DC Convertor, Microchip


Microchips TC7660S are brilliant and efficient DC to DC converters. They boast an impressive 98% efficiency and a 99.9% voltage conversion. This DC convertor is rated to convert +1.5V to +12V into -1.5V and -12V output using only two capacitors. The TC7660S also includes an on-board oscillator and operates at a base frequency of 10kHz. The oscillators frequency can increase to 45kHz when pin 1 is connected to V+. This device is in an 8-pin, PDIP package.
