Banner Sure Cross wireless system
The Banner Sure Cross® wireless network has integrated I/O that operates in most environments to eliminate the need for wiring runs. The wireless network of transceivers is formed around a gateway. The gateway acts as a network of a master device and one or more nodes. Transceivers provide bidirectional communication between the gateway and node, including fully acknowledged data transmission. The data acquisition system successfully implements Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology and Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) control architectures. This protocol ensures reliable data delivery within the unlicensed industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) frequency band of communication.
