The Jumo The Jumo Radio receiver is used in connection with suitable transmitters for mobile or stationary measurement of physical quantities. The use of trend-setting radio technology of the industrial radio frequency 868.4 MHz results in a significant reduction of the installation effort. The measured values received from the transmitter are converted and displayed in the receiver and are available as linear current or voltage signals (0(4) to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V) and via digital interface RS485. The digital interface with Modbus protocol, a connection to higher-level systems, such as plant visualization software or Modbus master-capable paperless recorders, is possible. Operation and configuration is possible via the keyboard in conjunction with a two-line LCD display or, more conveniently, through a setup program. For this purpose, there is a plug on the front for a PC interface with TTL/RS232 or USB/TTL converter for connection between receiver and PC.

The receiver in a DIN rail housing is designed for mounting on 35 x 7.5 mm top-hat rails according to DIN EN 60715
The screw terminals for the electrical connection are arranged in different levels. The cable cross-section may not exceed 2.5 mm2
A connection to AC/DC 20 to 30 V, 48 to 63 Hz serves as power supply
All vir analog outputs of the receiver are galvanically isolated
The optionally available antenna wall bracket with 3 m long antenna cable is used, the free field range is 300 m
The supplied Lambda/4 antenna with an impedance of 50 Ohm can be screwed on directly or mounted externally
Cable connections can be omitted, the radio-based sensor technology also works in rough industrial environments
Parameters such as filter constants, offset, alarms and slave pointer (minimum and maximum value memory) can be set separately for each channel
