The Vishay TCMD4000 4-channel, SOP-14 package optocoupler has an electric rating of 1.6V forward voltage and 60mA forward current. It consists of a photodarlington optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diodes. The elements provide a fixed distance between input and output for the highest safety requirements.
