RS PRO Female Solder D-Sub Connector Power Contact, Gold over Nickel, 12 AWG
Use this D-sub power contact from RS PRO to carry an electrical signal from source to destination across a D–sub connection. It's commonly used with a computer or electrical system's printed circuit board (PCB) and paired with mixed layout connector shells to keep the connection constant and reliable.
The contact has four PCB holes and can carry combined signal and power connections without a loss of efficiency. Its 17 mixed snap-fit contacts include 15 signal contacts and two cavities that enable you to put in either power or coaxial connections.
This connector can carry currents of up to 20 amps (A) without deterioration of the fuse element. Its solder termination method has a melted and sealed connector to increase the current strength.
