RS PRO 9 Way Cable Mount D-sub Connector Socket, 1.27 mm Pitch

This RS PRO 9-way cable-mount D-Sub connector socket is commonly used in computing and electrical engineering. It's designed to link electrical connections on circuit boards and terminate signals safely and efficiently.

The connector is compact, so takes up little space. It operates safely at temperatures ranging from -55°C to +105°C and conducts signal at a 3A current rating. It has one male entry port with nine contacts and 0.8 μm selective gold-plated pins to ensure a stable connection.

The connector has been tested to ensure there are minimal levels of dangerous materials present, making it RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. It also has an IDC (insulation displacement contact) which is recognised under the ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-A standards as being the recommended method of termination for this type of connector. This also means it's designed to be used as a connection to ribbon and insulated cables.
