The CONEC D-Sub combination female features high-power contacts rated for 10A, made from copper alloy. The mating area is plated with 30μin hard gold over a minimum of 50μin nickel, while the termination side is plated with 4μin hard gold over a maximum of 80μin nickel. The solder cup accepts cables with AWG 16-20, with the male contact positioned at A1 and the female contact at A2.
