The CONEC D-Sub combination female 90° features signal contacts made from copper alloy with 30μin hard gold plating over a minimum of 50μin nickel. The high-power contacts are also made from copper alloy with 30μin hard gold plating over a minimum of 50μin nickel, rated for 20A. The metal bracket is made from steel with a minimum 320μin tin plating over 80μin nickel. The threaded insert is constructed from copper alloy with a minimum 200μin tin plating over 80μin nickel.
