RS PRO D-Sub Connector Dust Cover
This RS PRO D-Sub connector dust cover provides quick and effective protection from dust and static for your electronic components, peripherals and accessories. To install, just push the male cover onto a 15-pin female D-sub while your device is idle.
This flame-retardant dust cover is made from ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic and has a rating of UL 94 V0. That means it will stop burning in under 10 seconds. It's nickel-coated on the inside, so it has enhanced electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) shielding to protect the terminal from disrupting signals. And the dust cap is part of the RS PRO range, so it's stringently tested to comply with our own high-quality specifications, as well as British and EU electrostatic discharge standards.
In addition to dust and interference, the RS PRO D-sub connector accessory can effectively shield your devices from physical and chemical damage and static.
