RS PRO D-Sub Adaptor Male 25 Way D-Sub to Female 9 Way D-Sub
Use this RS PRO male to female D-sub adaptor to connect a serial device, such as a modem, to your computer. It enables your PC (personal computer) to transmit or receive data one bit at a time.
This unit has gold-plated brass contacts offering good resistance against corrosion and increased electrical conductivity. It's compact in size and useful for connecting older devices like printers and gaming consoles to computers.
You will also find a serial port such as this one used as a communication device for GPS (global positioning system) receivers, LED (light-emitting diode) displays and barcode scanners.
