Molex Female Crimp Terminal, 30 to 18AWG - Micro-Fit 3.0 Series - 430300038

Use this crimp terminal from Molex to create an electrical circuit on a printed circuit board (PCB). Its phosphor bronze contacts transfer power reliably and have low thermal conductivity, which helps to keep the connector running cool and stops electrical circuits from overheating. This metal also resists fatigue and wear for extended service life. The tin plating on its mating terminals makes them corrosion-resistant, so it's compatible with humid working environments. This versatile connector is suitable to use in board-to-board, board-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations.

• High maximum current per contact of 8.5A for improved versatility
• Compatible with various wire sizes ranging from 30 to 18 AWG (American Wire Gauge)
• Easy to attach to an electrical wire using a crimping tool
• Wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +260°C for safe use in extreme environments

Applications

• Routers and switches
• Printers and scanners
• Vending machines

What's the advantage of using crimp terminals?

A crimp creates a mechanically sound connection point for a wire. It resists corrosion, gases and liquids and doesn't need any heat to achieve a durable join.

Where are crimp terminal connections used?

Crimp connectors are widely found in electronic equipment, telecommunications systems and domestic appliances.
