The 700-CF220EJ model is a 4-Pole DC coil voltage contactor which has 2NO + 2NC contact configuration. It has a 24V dc electronic coil and screw terminals. The contacts are standard type. The contact current rating is 25A.

Much like relays, a contactor is an electromagnetic device which is designed to switch electrical current through its contacts. It can switch a larger amount of electrical power than normal relays and can therefore be used for more heavy-duty, larger-scale applications, such as switching several different circuits simultaneously.
