Siemens 3-Pole Contactor, 7.5kW, 16A - SIRIUS Innovation Series - 3RT2025-1AP00

Use this 3-pole contactor from Siemens to control high power loads in industrial environments. The electromechanical device can either stand alone or be used with a relay as a motor starter. It has three normally open (NO) contacts that switch the connected equipment on or off when needed. Integrated fuses are on hand to cut off power when a fault occurs to enhance electrical safety. Compact dimensions of 85 (H), 45 (W) and 97mm (D) make it a space-efficient component ideal for small setups. Thanks to a power rating of 7.5kW, it's suitable for use in heavy-duty industrial control applications.

• Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C for use in demanding environments

• Reliably long mechanical service life of 30,000,000 operations

• IP20 (ingress protection) rating means it can withstand dust and objects larger than 12mm in size

• Can be rotated +/-180° on a vertical mounting surface for optimal flexibility

What's an auxiliary contact on a 3-pole contactor?

An auxiliary contact is a mechanically operated contact that's linked to the main contacts and is activated at the same time as the other three poles. It's also known as the supplementary or control contact.
