Schneider Electric Contactor, 3NO, 12A - LC1K Series - LC1K1210P7

This 3-pole contactor from Schneider Electric is an effective solution for switching circuits in resistive loads and motor controls. It's compact – so you can install it in tight spaces – and also offers plenty of capacity. It has a contact rating of 690 volts of alternating current and a coil that accommodates 230V AC. The built-in auxiliary contacts provide even greater switching capacity. This contactor can be plate-mounted onto any flat surface with the screws that come included. Alternatively, you can rail-mount it to keep high-volume systems organised.

Features & Benefits

• Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +50°C for versatile use in industrial environments
• Normally open (NO) contacts close on activation and return to open position when the coil is disengaged
• Compact dimensions of 58mm length and 57mm depth

Applications

• Pump operations
• Conveyor systems and bucket elevators
• Air-conditioning units

What's the utilisation category of a contactor?

The utilisation categories define the making and breaking values of contactors. They're based on the type of load and the operating cycle conditions. This contactor has been categorised for AC-1 (including resistive loads, heating and distribution) and AC-3 (including squirrel cage motors, lifts, escalators, conveyors and bucket elevators).
