Allen Bradley 3-Pole Direct On Line Contactor, 116A, NO/NC - 100-E116KJ11L

Use this direct on line (DOL) contactor from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range to control your electric motors. It's a 3-pole device, so it turns power on and off in 3-phase motor loads, making switching more convenient. It can either function on its own or as part of a motor starter, depending on your circuit design. The unit has a robust thermoplastic housing that's durable and impact-resistant, so it won't break due to long-term pressure. It has a power rating of 55kW (kilowatts), so you can use it for heavy-duty motor control.

• Compact dimensions of 90 (length), 126 (width) and 150mm (depth) to fit into confined spaces• Wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C for use in harsh conditions• Compatible with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for easy configuration

How does this contactor work?

This contactor switches a motor circuit on or off using low-voltage signals to control high-voltage electrical circuits. Its contacts close to switch on the motor circuit and open to switch it off.
