When it senses a current overload, this unit causes the contacts to change state, keeping power from flowing to the circuit. You can adjust the thermal protection range between 37 and 50A to match the needs of your motors. Thanks to a built-in trip button, you can put this device to the test by simulating tripping to make sure that it's working correctly.
