TNC Connectors (Threaded Neill-Concelman) provides a secure and reliable connection, especially when comparing to BNC Connectors. TNC have their well-established position since the 1950s, and their full dedication is to provide smooth cooperation with Coax Cable format.

We are proudly introducing our own branded RS PRO 50 Ω Bulkhead TNC Connector, which has a 50 Ω impedance and shows the best performance when it operates at 0-11 GHz frequency spectrum.

Our TNC connector jack has a nickel-plated brass body, gold plated centre contact, contact material of copper alloy and is suitable for use with a variety of RF coaxial cable types.
Impressive operating temperature range of -65°C up to +165°C makes the TNC Connector Jack an ideal for harsh conditions.

Bulk kit containing 100 RG58 straight plugs 546-5200 is available, making production and servicing much more manageable. Parts are neatly stored in a sturdy dispensing case

Frequently asked questions

What is the two primary TNC Connector assembly method?

The two main methods of assembly TNC Connectors are:

1. Compression gland type does not require any special tools to assemble, making an ideal production cable line used in laboratories with the intention of small production.

1. Crimp type, on the other hand, requires greater accuracy and correct crimping tools to make sure that the Connector is appropriately crimped. This method is ideal for mass production runs as this method is faster and more cost-effective.

Both TNC assembles methods should have the same amount of insulation stripped from each other as this will ensure accurate, safe and effective assembly.
