The STMicroelectronics Ultra miniature balun integrates a matching network, balun and harmonics filter. Matching impedance has been customized for the STM32WL sub GHz wireless microcontrollers. It is using STMicroelectronics IPD technology on a nonconductive glass substrate, which optimizes RF performances.
