Eaton Cartridge Fuse, 300V DC / 600V AC Rating, 12 Second Time Delay - LP-CC-20

With this cartridge fuse from Eaton on duty, your equipment is safe from overcurrents and short circuits. As a T-speed fuse with a UL class CC, it's designed to blow slowly. This makes it well-suited for protecting motors, as it isn't affected by the high inrush current they need to operate. The unit's body is made of self-extinguishing melamine, which helps prevent the spread of electrical fires. Ferrule ends mean you can slot it simply into a compatible fuse holder.

Features & Benefits

• Consistent 2:1 ampacity ratio across the Bussmann series of low-peak fuses makes choosing compatible units a doddle
• Compact size of 38mm (L) x 10mm (diameter) saves you space when building your system
• Breaking capacity of 200kA means it protects your setup against substantial power spikes

How does a cartridge fuse work?

A cartridge fuse contains a wire running through the middle that melts when it's subjected to an overcurrent for a specified period of time. This breaks the circuit and shuts down power to your equipment. Its basic design makes it a simple and safe way of protecting your set-up against damage caused by overcurrents.
