HellermanTyton Helagrip Series Cable Marker, 3.5mm Length, Blue - 901-10273

This cable marker is a pre-printed PVC identification tag designed for labelling individual conductors and small cables in industrial wiring and control installations. It is supplied on reels for installation prior to termination and features a chevron end cut that allows markers to lock together and maintain alignment along wiring runs.

Features & Benefits

• UL94 V-0 material reduces flame propagation risk in confined spaces
• Withstands operating temperatures from -65°C to 105°C
• Resists fuel, alkali and acid for chemical exposure environments
• Flexible PVC returns securely to the cable for lasting retention
• Characters include 0–9, A–Z and common electrical symbols for clear ID
• Available in blue body with white legend for Visual contrast

**Applications**

• Suitable for marking control cables in automation panels
• Ideal for wiring runs in electronics assembly and test rigs
• Used with looms and bundles before connector termination
• Can be used for identification in mechanical equipment harnesses

How are the markers applied relative to cable termination?

They are fitted onto conductors before termination so the legend remains visible after connectors are attached.

What cable diameter range does one size accommodate?

The design fits a range of outside diameters by flexing to conform to varying cable thicknesses.

How are multiple legends kept aligned along a run?

The chevron end cut enables adjacent markers to interlock and maintain linear text positioning.

What material characteristics support longevity in harsh environments?

The PVC compound is cadmium-free, chemically resistant and engineered to retain legibility under intermittent higher temperatures.
