HellermanTyton Helagrip Series Cable Marker, 3.5mm Length, Orange - 901-10270

This cable marker is a pre-printed PVC identification tag designed for labelling insulated conductors prior to termination. It provides clear black legends on an Orange background and is intended for use in industrial and electrical wiring environments where rapid, repeatable identification of cables is required.

Features & Benefits

• UL94 V-0 material reduces flame propagation risk in enclosures
• Operates reliably from -65°C to 105°C continuous
• Resistant to acid, fuel and alkali for harsh environments
• Chevron-cut ends lock legends together for secured alignment
• Flexible PVC returns to shape for firm grip on wire
• Large character set covers 0–9, A–Z and common symbols

**Applications**

• Suitable for control panel wiring identification before termination
• Ideal for wiring looms in automation systems and machinery
• Used for cable labelling in electronics assembly and test rigs
• Can be used for service loops and distribution board tagging

How are the markers applied relative to connector work?

They are fitted onto the conductor prior to termination so the legend remains visible after connectors or ferrules are installed.

What cable diameter range does a single size cover?

This size accommodates a range of conductor diameters thanks to the tailored profile that fits varied outer-Ø values.

Are the legends changeable or printable on site?

The markers are supplied pre-printed and are not intended for on-site printing or customisation.

How are multiple markers kept in order during installation?

The chevron cut allows adjacent markers to interlock, maintaining sequence and preventing rotation on the cable.
