The DiodesZetex makes an NPN, low saturation transistor. The powerDI3333-8 packaging of this device has a small form factor thermally efficient package, which enables higher density end products. The device offers BVCEO greater than -60 V and it is designed for temperatures exceeding 175°C, thus making it ideal for applications which have high ambient temperature. The package is Lead, halogen and Antimony Free. The device also offers a wettable flank for improved optical inspection.
