Radial Insert Ball Bearings with Rubber Interliner

INA from Schaeffler radial insert ball bearings with rubber interliners are on the shaft using an eccentric locking collar. The outer ring is encased in a thick-walled NBR interliner which absorbs vibrations and shocks. The interliners have either a spherical or cylindrical outside surface.

The P seal is two zinc-coated sheet steel washers with intermediate NBR part, seal lip axially preloaded.

To protect the seal lip from mechanical damage, the outer sheet steel washer extends a considerable distance down towards the bearing inner ring.

Used in narrow radial insert ball bearings with inner ring extended on one side.
